Live tracking is a default — every Heatherstone shipment, regardless of tier, gets its own browser-based tracking page. Recipients open it from an SMS link with no install, no account, no friction. For business customers, the same data is available via API and an embeddable iframe so it shows up natively inside your own customer-service tooling.
